Kerry Park/Bayview-Kinnear Park - Free

Bayview-Kinnear Park is a 4.62 acre park on Queen Anne Hill. The land for it was donated by the First Methodist Church in 1982. A playground was build on the land in 1983. In 2007, the community helped fund a complete renovation, transforming it into what you find today. This park is definitely more for the immediate neighborhood, but it contains an extremely tall staircase that leads to Kerry Park.

Kerry Park is a 1.26 acre park. It was donated to the city by Mr. and Mrs. Albert Sperry Kerry Sr. in 1927. The sculpture found there is "Changing Form" by Dorris Totten Chase, which was donated to the park in 1971 by Kerry's three children. This park has essentially the best and most well known scenic view of Seattle. Photographers, both amateur and professional, can be found there on a daily basis. It's especially crowded during times where there are fireworks at Seattle Center or on the waterfront.
